**What challenges will you face here?**
* Safely, ethically, and responsibly dispense medications in compliance with current regulations and guidelines;
* Provide empathetic customer service, identifying needs and offering optimal product solutions;
* Advise on over-the-counter medications (OTCs), supporting customers in their proper use;
* Focus on sales performance, contributing to store targets and KPIs (average transaction value, conversion rate, items per transaction);
* Monitor product expiration dates to ensure quality and safety;
* Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked counter, ensuring functional operations;
* Perform correct restocking and storage of medications in accordance with good practices;
* Support pharmacists and leadership in daily store operational routines.
**Requirements**
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Experience or background in medication dispensing.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Collaborative individual with strong communication skills and team spirit, interacting effectively with colleagues and other departments;
