Analytical and strategic vision with a results-oriented focus Ensure the company's financial health through strategic resource management, budgetary control, financial planning, and indicator analysis, ensuring sustainability, growth, and support for executive decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and cash flow; * Prepare and monitor the annual budget (Budget) and financial forecasts (Forecast); * Develop managerial reports and financial indicators to support the executive team; * Conduct tax planning and monitor tax obligations in coordination with the accounting department; * Control and analyze costs, margins, and profitability by cost center; * Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and auditors; * Implement process improvements and automation in finance operations; * Ensure financial compliance and adherence to internal policies; * Lead and develop the finance team. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Solid experience in financial management; * Knowledge of strategic planning and indicator analysis; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Experience managing teams; * Analytical and strategic vision with a results-oriented focus.
