Join the \#teamblue! **Commercial Operator Position \- São José do Rio Preto (SP):** Are you passionate about sales, enjoy being out in the field, engaging with people, and closing great deals? You will perform the following duties: Responsible for prospecting, training, and retaining banking correspondents (legal entities), operating within the company’s areas of interest. Your primary objective is to continuously drive financing business generation between individual customers referred by these correspondents and the company, directly contributing to increased profitability. Requirements: * Resident of São José do Rio Preto (SP); * Valid driver’s license (CNH) required; * Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in customer service, sales, and prospecting new clients, with a focus on achieving quality targets and results; * Experience in maintaining a client portfolio; * Proficiency in Excel required; * Communication and negotiation skills; * Willingness to travel. Working Hours: 6 hours per day (Monday to Friday, with a 15-minute break).
