**Company Industry: Automotive Parts Distributor** **Position: Senior Administrative Analyst (Product-Focused)** **Work Modality: On-site – CLT** **Location: São José do Rio Preto – SP** **Key Responsibilities:** \* Full management of product registration (descriptions, applications, NCM, CEST, CST, images, units, packaging). \* Ensure integrity, standardization, and updating of technical, commercial, and tax-related information. \* Portfolio analysis: ABC curve, turnover, stock coverage, profitability, and opportunities for product mix expansion. \* Generation of analytical reports to support strategic decision-making by senior management. \* Monitoring of stockouts, margins, registration errors, and sales performance. \* Support for Procurement and Commercial departments with technical and commercial validations. \* Supplier relationship management: collection of catalogs, technical specifications, images, and updates. \* Support in correct ERP usage and participation in system improvement initiatives. \* Support for Marketing with technical data and standardization of promoted products. \* Document organization of all technical materials and updates. \* Basic tax compliance oversight (preferred): validation of NCM, CFOP, and essential tax rules. **Salary:** R$ 4,000.00 **Benefits:** \* Meal Allowance – R$19.00 per day \* Health Insurance \* Transportation Allowance \* Pharmacy Discount **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday – 7:45 AM to 6:00 PM Lunch Break: 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM **Academic Qualifications:** \* Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields. \* Preferred: courses in Product Management, Data Analysis, ERP systems, or Product Taxation. **Requirements:** \* Mandatory experience in administrative roles with a technical/commercial focus or product registration; \* Availability for 100% on-site work. Technical Competencies: \* Advanced Excel; \* ERP system proficiency; \* Basic technical knowledge of automotive parts; \* Familiarity with product taxation (NCM, CEST, CFOP, ICMS, ST) – preferred; \* Data analysis and logical reasoning; \* Information organization and standardization.
