




Company Industry: Automotive Parts Distributor Position: Senior Administrative Analyst (Product-Focused) Work Modality: On-site – CLT Location: São José do Rio Preto – SP Key Responsibilities: * Full management of product registration (descriptions, applications, NCM, CEST, CST, images, units, packaging). * Ensuring integrity, standardization, and updating of technical, commercial, and tax-related information. * Portfolio analysis: ABC curve, turnover, stock coverage, profitability, and opportunities for product mix expansion. * Generation of analytical reports to support strategic decision-making by senior management. * Monitoring stockouts, margins, registration errors, and sales performance. * Supporting Procurement and Sales departments with technical and commercial validations. * Supplier relationship management: collecting catalogs, technical specifications, images, and updates. * Supporting correct ERP usage and participating in system improvements. * Supporting Marketing with technical data and standardization of promoted products. * Organizing all technical documentation and updates. * Basic tax compliance oversight (preferred): validation of NCM, CFOP, and essential tax rules. Requirements: * Mandatory experience in administrative roles with a technical/commercial focus or product registration; * Availability for 100% on-site work.
