Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage B2B and B2C logistics operations, performance, and KPIs (SLA, OTIF, inventory accuracy, productivity). * Analyze data and interpret metrics to support decision-making. * Develop dashboards and management reports. * Lead continuous improvement, automation, and innovation projects. * Manage contracts and relationships with carriers, logistics operators, and suppliers. * Knowledge of warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes, including cost and resource optimization. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Preferred: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Project Management, or related areas. * Certifications in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma – Green Belt or higher). * Proven experience managing B2C and B2B logistics operations and monitoring third-party performance (logistics operators or carriers). * Experience monitoring SLAs, OTIF, performance indicators, and logistics contracts. * Experience resolving operational issues, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective actions. * Experience developing and analyzing reports and dashboards for performance tracking. * Experience leading teams, engaging internal departments, and communicating with suppliers/operators. **Follow Our Day-to-Day Work** * Location: São José do Rio Preto, São Paulo * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Additional Information** Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Meal and food allowance on the same card Breakfast or afternoon snack at physical locations Transportation allowance Total Pass and Wellhub (access to gyms and wellness services) Birthday day off Corporate University Pregnancy support program Psychological, legal, financial, and social counseling program Wedding gift Duo Gourmet Bernoulli Benefits Club: access to a network of partnerships offering discounts on undergraduate and postgraduate courses, electricity bills, language classes, and much more—for you and your family Mothers working under a hybrid model have 100% remote work from the 6th month of pregnancy until the child’s first birthday Fathers working under a hybrid model have 100% remote work from birth until the child’s 6th month Data protection changes everything During the candidate selection process for our open positions, we will use your personal data registered on the Gupy platform.
