Job Summary:
An accounting professional responsible for integration and reconciliation of payroll and taxes, accounting classification, preparation of trial balances, and customer service.
Key Highlights:
1. Integration and reconciliation of payroll, tax ledgers, and taxes.
2. Preparation of trial balances, financial statements, and submission of ancillary obligations.
3. Control of fixed asset depreciation and customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Integration/reconciliation of payroll, tax ledgers, and taxes for LP and LR companies;
* Integration/reconciliation;
* Prepare documents and perform their accounting classification;
* Record bank statement entries;
* Electronically verify payments of federal, state, and municipal taxes;
* Prepare trial balances and financial statements;
* Account for and control fixed asset depreciation;
* Submit ancillary obligations (DIRF; ECD and ECF; IBGE);
* Analyze and submit individual income tax (IRPF) returns;
* Provide customer service via telephone, web, or in person;
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience in accounting and tax areas
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Compensation: R$2\.466,24 \- R$3\.500,00 per month
