Job Summary: Professional to assist the construction foreman, load/unload materials, prepare and clean construction sites, and perform general maintenance on equipment and structures. Key Highlights: 1. Direct assistance to the construction foreman in various construction tasks 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and structures 3. Preparation and organization of construction sites **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Assist the construction foreman as required; * Load and unload construction materials; * Prepare construction sites and clean work areas; * Perform minor maintenance on equipment; * Conduct general maintenance on structures; * Clean machinery and tools; * Inspect operational conditions and repair any mechanical defects in machinery and tools; * Ensure compliance with departmental procedures and work instructions. **Requirements:** Preferred: Prior experience with high-end residential construction projects. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
