This individual will apply best practices and business acumen to enhance processes, support decision-making, and ensure efficient execution of strategic and financial planning. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop and review the Cooperative’s Strategic Plan, ensuring alignment with the Sicredi System, Central, and Administrative Center. * Monitor strategic KPIs, analyze results, and recommend improvement actions. * Track planning, schedules/sprints, costs, resources, and project quality, ensuring timely delivery in accordance with defined scope. * Support annual and long-term financial planning, ensuring business viability and budget compliance. * Monitor execution of projects linked to strategic initiatives, proposing adjustments and ensuring delivery fulfillment. **Requirements and qualifications** Education: Accounting Business Administration Economics Or related fields Solid experience in strategic and financial planning.
