Alignment of candidate profiles with managers and monitoring of all stages of the selection process. Administrative HR Management: Management of onboarding and offboarding. Interface with accounting/HR department. Support in day-to-day administrative HR tasks. Evaluation and Metrics: Support in implementing performance evaluations. Monitoring and analysis of HR metrics. Organizational Climate and Endomarketing: Development of initiatives targeting organizational climate. Support for internal communication and endomarketing initiatives. Previous experience as an Organizational Development Analyst, Recruitment and Selection Analyst, Training and Development Analyst, or People Management Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
