We seek a professional to serve as a **Franchise Consultant**, primarily focused on **monitoring and developing franchised units**, contributing to operational standardization and strengthening network performance. This role also involves **providing strategic support to franchisees across areas including management, performance, finance, people, and marketing**, as well as **overseeing adherence to brand standards**, ensuring alignment with franchisor guidelines and offering practical day-to-day support to units. Additionally, the hired individual will provide **consultative support to the franchise network**, collaborating across various business functions and helping maintain smooth franchise operations. Your Responsibilities: * Provide **consultative support** to franchisees, acting as a bridge between the franchisor and network units. * Monitor **franchise operations**, identifying improvement opportunities and guiding actions to enhance performance. * Support **standardization of processes and brand execution**, promoting alignment with franchisor directives. * Guide franchisees on **strategic vision**, assisting in goal setting, KPI tracking, and business growth. * Support **people management routines**, aiding team development and improving unit operations. * Monitor **financial aspects** of franchises, supporting performance analysis, P&L review, and development of improvement initiatives. * Contribute to **commercial and digital marketing initiatives**, supporting efforts aimed at sales generation, market positioning, and visibility.
