




Job Description: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree / MBA in People Management, Organizational Development, Leadership, Business Partnering, or related areas is desirable; * 4–5 years of professional experience in the field; * Consulting and influential profile; * Clear and assertive communication with individuals at all hierarchical levels; * Strategic vision; * Interpersonal relationship skills; * Proactivity, adaptability, and results orientation. * Ensure that the onboarding program for new employees is executed according to established standards, equipping them with essential initial information required to begin work effectively and integrating them into our organizational culture; * Monitor the probationary period evaluation process for new employees—including follow-up meetings at 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days—to assess adaptation to the work environment, organizational culture, and leadership, identifying potential alignment or support needs; * Ensure exit interviews are conducted and analyze collected data to identify opportunities for improvement within the company and the People & Culture area; * Implement and monitor the Leader’s Journey program, enhancing leaders’ career performance in People Management, Performance Care, and Growth; * Ensure execution of the Leadership Succession Development Program (Impulsiona MDO), providing support and, when necessary, developing and delivering relevant content; * Support implementation of the company’s Career Development Plan, providing employees and managers with necessary information to maintain the plan; * Monitor and implement the department’s strategic planning to ensure alignment and support for broader company strategic objectives; * Lead recruitment and selection processes—from job profile alignment through final evaluation; * Publish job openings and develop supporting materials to attract candidates; * Implement and monitor the Behavioral Mentoring Program using the DISC methodology; * Manage the recruitment and selection platform (Gupy) and the employee referral program; * Design and deliver internal training and development programs; * Monitor and analyze HR metrics, proposing continuous improvements. 2512040202181901083
