Acting as the management's right hand and leading the team **Job Overview:** The Responsible Sales Associate at OnLauri's physical store is responsible for delivering an exceptional and personalized shopping experience to our customers, aligned with our brand values of Quality, Humanization, Innovation, Commitment, and Responsibility. The professional must master product features, support customers throughout their purchasing journey, and actively contribute to achieving the store’s sales targets. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Proactively and personally attend to and understand customers’ needs, ensuring a unique and humanized experience. \- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of OnLauri products, including collections, fabrics, trends, and exclusives, reinforcing the value and quality of each item. \- Act as a fashion consultant, offering outfit suggestions and combining pieces that match each customer’s style and preferences. \- Achieve and exceed the store’s sales targets, directly contributing to brand growth and the physical unit’s success. \- Maintain store organization and aesthetics, ensuring the environment reflects OnLauri’s visual identity and quality standards. \- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new collections, promotions, and campaigns. \- Handle post-sales processes, monitoring customer satisfaction and nurturing relationships to strengthen loyalty. \- Act responsibly and committed throughout all stages of the sales process, adhering to internal policies and OnLauri’s ethical principles. \- Collaborate with the team and demonstrate communication skills, empathy, and proactivity, fostering a harmonious work environment. \- Assume leadership responsibilities and serve as the management’s right hand, engaging the team and setting a professional example.
