Job Summary: Professional responsible for verifying and updating customer registrations, resolving inquiries, and performing water supply cut-off and reconnection services, ensuring business continuity. Join us in driving this transformation! **Location: Mirassol: Sanessol.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify and update customer registrations in the field using the system; * Identify customer needs, clarify doubts, resolve issues, provide proper guidance, and support business continuity; * Be responsible for maintaining and returning the reading equipment to the department supervisor; * Perform tape-cut (notification of water supply interruption) and curb-cut (water supply interruption – application of seal), as required at the site, following Service Orders (SO); * Perform reconnection after curb-cut and new connections, according to customer needs; * Conduct meter reading verification (review of account readings – water meters), ensuring accurate information and numbers; * Conduct self-consumption inspections; * Drive company vehicles when external service is required, complying with traffic safety regulations and established norms; * Comply with sustainability standards (safety, hygiene, quality, environmental preservation, health, and the 5S methodology). **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education; Desirable: Basic Microsoft Office package; Strong communication skills; Sanitation knowledge desirable; Driver’s License Category B.
