* Verify and update customer records in the field using the system;
* Identify customer needs, clarify doubts, resolve issues, provide proper guidance to customers, and support business continuity;
* Be responsible for maintaining and returning the meter-reading equipment to the department supervisor;
* Perform tape cutoffs (notification of water supply interruption) and curb-stop cutoffs (water supply interruption and seal application) at required locations, in compliance with Service Orders (SO);
* Perform curb-stop reconnections and new connections, meeting customer requirements;
* Conduct meter reading reviews (verification of registered meter readings), ensuring accurate information and numbers;
* Conduct self-consumption inspections;
* Drive company vehicles when external service is required, ensuring safety and compliance with established traffic regulations;
* Comply with sustainability standards (safety, hygiene, quality, environmental preservation, health, and the 5S methodology).
