Description

Job Summary: Provide first-level technical support to IT users, delivering both on-site and remote assistance for hardware, software, and infrastructure, ensuring the availability and stability of IT services. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and infrastructure. 2. User, network, Office 365, and hospital system management. 3. Participation in technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Provide first-level technical support to hospital IT users * Deliver on-site and remote support for hardware, software, and infrastructure * Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment and systems * Support users with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite * Respond to technical tickets, monitor incidents, and ensure efficient resolution * Administer user accounts, access rights, and permissions * Maintain networks, internet connectivity, and IT infrastructure * Provide support for Office 365, email, and hospital systems * Support information security policies and backup routines * Participate in internal technology-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives * Ensure availability, performance, and stability of IT services ### **Requirements:** * Experience in technical support / infrastructure * Technical or higher education degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields * Knowledge of: Microsoft Office suite; Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11; computer hardware and maintenance; Active Directory; TCP/IP; Terminal Services; Telephony and remote support ### **Benefits:** * Workload: 44 hours per week * Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM — Rotating 5x2 schedule * Meal and food allowance * BenSaúde Health Plan * Dental Plan * Childcare Assistance * Life Insurance **BeneValoriza Program:** * Wellhub (Gympass — Gyms and Wellness) * Vidalink * Birthday Day Off * Pluxee Cuida: Psychological, legal, financial, and nutritional support * Discounts at partner establishments * Monthly Birthday Recognition All our job openings are also open to candidates with disabilities.
