Configure and maintain PABX telephony systems **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1 hour and 10 minute lunch break. **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Service Provider \- PJ On-Demand Responsibilities: * Resolve infrastructure support-related tickets; * Create and manage access credentials and passwords for systems and tools such as Office 365, TOTVS, Vivaintra, and Aprovador; * Configure equipment, including domain settings, network connections, and installation of systems and applications; * Configure and maintain the PABX telephony system; * Administer VPN access, firewall maintenance, and user management; * Monitor structured network and Wi\-Fi infrastructure; * Onboard new employees regarding access rights, equipment handling, and responsibility agreements. * Manage and register domains and e\-mails. **Requirements:** Computer Literacy: Advanced level preferred.
