Responsibility for recording and controlling maintenance information **Description:** Performs construction, renovation, and building maintenance tasks, such as excavation, formwork, concrete pouring, painting, and component replacement. Supports contractual activities using specialized tools. Records and controls maintenance information in work orders and reports. Reports irregularities and safeguards materials and equipment under their responsibility. Also performs other duties related to the position. **Minimum Requirements:** Completed elementary education. **Preferred Qualifications:** NR 33 and NR 35 certifications. **Mandatory Requirement:** Driver's License Category B.
