We are expanding and seeking professionals who share our vision—individuals committed to results, learning, and the tangible impact of education. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct research and identify potential customers. * Initiate first contact with leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, or other digital tools. * Qualify leads according to pre-established criteria (profile, needs, purchasing potential). * Schedule meetings for Sales Consultants, providing detailed information about prospects. * Maintain and update the CRM with accurate data from each interaction. * Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to optimize lead-generation campaigns. * Monitor prospecting metrics (calls made, emails sent, meetings scheduled, conversions). * Establish initial relationships with prospects, conveying the values and differentiators of the Educational System. **REQUIREMENTS** * Currently enrolled in a technical program or undergraduate degree in Administration, Commercial Management, Communications, Pedagogy, Marketing, or related fields. * Experience in commercial prospecting, inside sales, or B2B customer service. * Ability to persuade and conduct initial negotiations. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
