Description: * Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration (with specialization in Human Resources or Education-related fields), Commercial Management, Agribusiness, Production Management, Social Communication, Human Resource Management, Social Services, Logistics, and/or Technology-related fields; * Solid experience in conducting training sessions is required. * Experience in any of the following sectors will be considered an advantage: Meat Industry, Logistics, Telemarketing, Agribusiness, Administration, Human Resources, Retail Trade, Financial Institutions, Technology, Automotive Industry, or Food Industry. * We seek professionals strongly identified with the field of social responsibility and experienced in working with youth. * Personal vehicle and valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) Category B; * Availability for travel. * Responsible for delivering theoretical training sessions to adolescents and young people enrolled in the apprenticeship program, supporting the technical team on pedagogical matters related to CIEE’s Apprenticeship Programs, in accordance with applicable legislation and official directives. * Maintain up-to-date records of youth participants and track session progress (registrations, absences, and performance); * Organize physical space, equipment, and materials; * Absorb and disseminate diverse training content, including: Citizenship—rights and responsibilities; verbal expression; reading and text comprehension; administrative routines; application of mathematical concepts; basic economics/budgeting (personal, household, corporate); and customer service. 2512070202191909508
