




* **JOB MISSION** Responsible for coordinating in-house and third-party security teams, ensuring the development of procedures and controls to optimize processes and operational routines, as well as implementing new security projects. Conduct critical analysis and monitor internal/external incidents and accidents. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES – What and How?** -------------------------------------------------- Know in detail all areas of the facility; Record all daily events in the incident log, as well as prepare area activity reports to inform immediate supervisors of any irregularities found; Monitor and analyze daily reports from the Operations Center; Prepare management reports for the Security Manager; Review daily security summary with the Supervisor and forward it to the General Manager, Security Manager, and managers of other departments; Prepare team performance evaluations according to the employee assessment program; Assist the Supervisor in preparing team schedules and reassignments to optimize available human resources; Ensure logistical support for opening and closing stores at the Shopping center; Ensure, through random checks, that security equipment used by subordinates is functioning properly; Conduct shift handover briefings for security teams; Ensure, via occasional patrols, correct positioning of security posts and activities related to protection and preservation of the facility; Ensure compliance with access control procedures for the facility; Ensure access and execution of service providers' activities, verifying prior authorization from the facility's administrative department; Implement contingency and emergency plans when necessary; Ensure and monitor compliance with Operations Center post procedures; Provide assistance to tenants and customers when security is requested; Monitor and facilitate resolution of facility security incidents, leading operations and supporting the team from initial suspicion of danger until its conclusion, or guiding them during incident response, activating necessary mechanisms to resolve incidents or mitigate imminent risks; Use required subsystems to manage incidents; Coordinate with tenants the dual custody system and ensure an Inspector is present for opening and closing each high-risk operation; Conduct daily briefings with Inspectors; Involve the Security Manager and/or Supervisor in all critical situations occurring at the facility; Ensure distribution of information provided by the Manager to Operations Center teams and other floor teams; Investigate all staffing shortages occurring during their shift and report them to the Security Manager; Deliver lectures and practical and theoretical security training, explaining to subordinates the standards adopted and practiced by official and regulatory agencies; Stay updated on current Private Security legislation; Propose improvements based on post-incident analysis; Develop and supervise direct and third-party employees; Supervise, coordinate, and monitor fire brigade team incidents, keeping the immediate superior informed. POSITION REQUIRES FIREARM CARRY **NOTES** --------------- Bachelor’s degree in Private Security Management or Administration. Work location: IGUATEMI SÃO JOSÉ DO RIO PRETO – AV. JK DE OLIVEIRA, Nº5000, IGUATEMI – SJRP. Working hours: 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM. Schedule: 5 days on, 1 day off, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
