




**What we expect from you:** * High school diploma completed. * Experience in receiving, checking, picking and moving goods. * Experience with SAP system will be considered a differentiator. * Desired ability to manage priorities. * Capacity for learning, practice, and constant respect for company procedures, standards, and rules. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **What is the day\-to\-day of a Logistics Operator:** * RECEIVING GOODS: + Performs quantitative and qualitative reception of commercialized and non\-commercialized goods (equipment, office supplies, etc.), verifying and identifying general condition, supplier, measurements, reference, shade, expiration date, etc. + Prepares the physical space and necessary equipment for proper reception, avoiding loss of productivity during inspection. + Records on the inspection report everything related to received goods (quantities, apparent condition, expiration dates, etc.), ensuring quality and preventing losses. + Stores goods in the correct warehouse location by reading the reception form, aiming to speed up future order assembly for pickup or delivery. + Labels products missing or defective barcodes and applies security tags to theft\-sensitive items, ensuring goods delivered to stores are available for sale. + Sorts goods according to flow types, whether store or warehouse goods. + Releases goods for storage in Store or Warehouse by contacting the Replenishment or Storage team to perform storage (Cautela). + Conducts anti\-shrinkage actions through rigorous qualitative and quantitative checks on received goods, maintaining good vehicle flow in the Goods Reception yard and correct handling of handling equipment (pallet trucks, "cages", etc.). + Keeps equipment, work tools, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) organized. + Performs safe stacking of pallets to avoid damage to property and people. + Maintains the reception area clean and organized, helping combat shrinkage and prevent workplace accidents. + Receives shrinkage items validated by the Store, performs qualitative and quantitative verification, and places marked products in the disposal area. + Receives returns to suppliers, validated by the Store, performs quali\-quantitative checks, and schedules collection. + Receives shipments for Technical Support, performs qualitative and quantitative checks, and schedules collection. * PICKUP AND HOME DELIVERY: + Carries out RSS (stock reservation) picking, identifying products and informing the commercial sector about the picking. + Organizes goods placement, physically reserving space and managing rotating inventory based on the RSS product list. + Delivers goods to customers quickly and courteously, loading them into the customer's vehicle. + Picks and checks goods, verifying all items listed on the issued order, making them available for customer pickup at the goods collection area or for carrier (home delivery). * REPLENISHMENT: + Restocks products in the store appropriately. * INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: + Stores and ensures quality and reliability of inventory. + Checks daily orders generated by the commercial area, analyzes necessary data consistency in orders (addresses, phone numbers, delivery date, reference, availability, etc.), organizes chronological order picking, and releases them for invoicing. + Provides telephone support informing customers about delivery times. + Informs the Logistics Supervisor about any issues involving the picking team, operations, and products. + Assists the Logistics Supervisor in the smooth execution of warehouse addressing (set\-up, rotating inventories, etc.). + Performs daily processing of canceled RSS orders. + Records incidents of shrinkage identified during goods picking. + Maintains good relationship and acts as contact point with third\-party carriers. + Works together with the SAC team on preventive actions regarding potential goods issues. + Reports to the Logistics Supervisor and/or Logistics Manager any occurrences involving goods problems. + Acts as reference point for the Goods Pickup Counter service. + Is responsible for their work equipment. + Respects safety regulations.
