Collaborate effectively with crane operators and assemblers. **Job Description:** We are looking for a responsible and attentive professional to serve as a **Crane Signalman** on precast construction sites. This role is essential for ensuring safe lifting, handling, and positioning of precast components, working closely with crane operators and assembly teams. **Responsibilities:** * Guide crane operators during the lifting and handling of precast components. * Communicate clearly and accurately using hand signals and radio. * Inspect rigging conditions, component stability, and safety prior to lifting. * Assist in organizing the worksite to ensure a safe environment free from interference. * Monitor component placement at the assembly location. * Strictly comply with all applicable safety procedures and technical standards.
