




**Responsibilities:** \- Provide agile and effective technical support and customer service; \- Perform accurate diagnostics and escalate complex cases when necessary; \- Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for all products sold nationally; \- Conduct technical visits for system inspections as required; \- Collaborate with other departments to ensure integration and functionality of proposed solutions; \- Deliver training sessions and presentations on the product portfolio and tools for customers, installers, end users, and team members. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or completed Electrotechnical Technician program; \- NR 35 certification; \- Willingness to travel; \- Intermediate English proficiency; \- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, attention to detail, and proactivity are desirable.
