Would you like to join the company that has the most powerful and comprehensive suite for concrete plant management and also offers a relaxed and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for growth and career advancement? **This is the place!!** **Operations Coordinator – Fleet Tracking** **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate N1 and N2 support and customer service teams, promote team development, provide feedback, and build Individual Development Plans (IDPs); * Create and monitor team productivity metrics and propose action plans when necessary; * Develop and monitor key operational indicators (KPIs), such as response time (SLA), ticket handling, service quality, and adherence to field installation and maintenance scripts; * Work in alignment with the operational planning department, creating action plans aimed at meeting operational targets; * Strengthen the network of certified field installers; * Execute contracts and establish working relationships with third-party installers to ensure achievement of service goals; * Ensure technical quality of services by auditing and validating electrical installation processes and procedures for trackers and automotive hardware; * Guarantee customer satisfaction through respectful and efficient handling of technical requests and inquiries. * Analyze data, prepare performance reports, propose continuous improvement actions, and present results to leadership. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or related fields. * Proven professional experience in Fleet Telematics Operations. * Minimum technical knowledge of hardware, trackers, and automotive electrical installation (mandatory). * Familiarity with tactical management and proficiency in analyzing operational indicators (tickets, SLA, service quality). * People management skills and experience leading operational/technical teams. * Intermediate knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets. * Essential Skills: Excellent communication (verbal and written), organization, results orientation, and analytical problem-solving ability. * Good interpersonal relationship. * Preferred: proficiency in Spanish or English; **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Profit Sharing Plan (PLR) * Study Incentive * Life Insurance * Total Pass * Créditas * Birthday gift voucher * Christmas allowance * Partnership Program **Additional Information:** * Salary negotiable * Employment type: CLT * Work format options: On-site, Hybrid, or Remote * Availability: Must be able to follow team schedule, including weekends on a 6x1 shift rotation.
