Job Summary: Coordinate N1 and N2 support teams, promote team development, create continuous improvement strategies, and optimize customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Creation of continuous improvement strategies **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday — 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM / 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (1-hour break) **Note:** Availability for travel from Monday to Friday is required. **Responsibilities / Activities** · Coordinate N1 and N2 support and customer service teams. · Promote team development, provide feedback, and build Individual Development Plans (IDPs). · Create and monitor team productivity metrics. · Propose action plans when necessary. · Develop and monitor KPIs (SLA, response time, ticket handling, quality). · Ensure compliance with scripts and field installation/maintenance standards. · Collaborate closely with the operational planning department. · Create continuous improvement strategies and optimize customer service. **Requirements** · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or related fields. · Professional experience in this role or similar activities. · Desired languages: **Spanish and English**. · Familiarity with operational/monitoring systems and tools.
