




Description: The Claims Assistant will be responsible for communicating and monitoring the claims processes of Seguralta franchisees, ensuring efficient communication, constant updates, and active support to all involved parties. It is an essential role in maintaining the network's quality standards and contributing to an agile, reliable, and well-structured operation. Responsibilities and duties * Communicate claims according to daily demands. * Monitor claim statuses on insurance company platforms. * Update franchisees on case progress via phone, WhatsApp, and email. * Negotiate and manage communications with insurance companies, commercial departments, and analysts. * Attend to policyholders and third parties via WhatsApp (active and receptive support). * Collect and relay essential information for process progression. * Provide support to the Support team (1st level), clarifying internal doubts.
