**Senior Analyst \-** **Quality Department** **Main Responsibilities:** Develop and monitor quality process action plans in the healthcare sector; Identify deficiencies in processes, systems, and activities, raising awareness among employees and involved departments; Standardize and control internal documentation; Support team development through training on quality management processes and tools; Prepare spreadsheets, tables, charts, and departmental reports; Assist in developing process flowcharts, operational procedures, and departmental policies; Ensure implementation of quality management best practices, including risk management, contributing to nonconformance identification, as well as treatment and monitoring of such events, while strengthening internal controls **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Healthcare, or related fields Desirable knowledge: PDCA cycle and Quality Tools (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, Pareto, SWOT) Process mapping, analysis, and continuous improvement Standardization of procedures (SOPs) and policy formulation Health plan or hospital accreditation Advanced Excel (charts, pivot tables, KPIs) Data analysis (ability to work with performance indicators) Our Benefits We value the well-being and development of our team!
