Experience in people management and team leadership **Job Description:** ---------------------- **This position is also inclusive for persons with disabilities (PCDs).** Supervise operational areas, including Inbound, replenishment, picking, auditing, shipping, reverse logistics, inventory, operations room, and planning—ensuring adherence to operational procedures, HSE safety standards, organization and cleanliness per the 5S methodology, as well as execution and monitoring of OMS routines. **Requirements** -------------- **What are the requirements?** * **Postgraduate studies in progress or completed in Management or Logistics-related fields (preferred);** * **Experience in logistics operations and operational management;** * **Experience in people management and team leadership;** * **Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs) and results analysis;** * **Experience in warehousing, shipping, receiving, and inventory processes;** * **Proficiency in WMS and ERP systems, and intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite;** * **Knowledge of Safety, Quality, and HSE regulations;** * **Analytical, organized profile with a results-oriented mindset;** * **Ability to make decisions and solve problems;** * **Willingness to work different shifts when required.** **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Among your main responsibilities, you will:** 1\. Regularly verify the use of PPE and safety conditions; 2\. Ensure compliance with safety concepts and regulations; 3\. Evaluate employee productivity and report findings to coordinators; 4\. Ensure workplace cleanliness and order; 5\. Ensure implementation of appropriate programs for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, equipment maintenance, and individual safety and protective equipment; 6\. Support coordinators and conduct briefings; 7\. Report accidents and incidents per safety procedures, conducting investigations when necessary; 8\. Supervise the picking and shipping areas, continuously interacting to ensure customer scheduling and priorities, vehicle flow for loading, and return/return activities; 9\. Supervise the operational area, ensuring adherence to the client’s PCP and contracted volume; 10\. Train, develop, and motivate the team across all functions, promoting employee multifunctionality; 11\. Enforce discipline within each responsibility area; 12\. Lead teams; 13\. Manage HR data via Electronic System; 14\. Participate in and lead various Operations department projects; 15\. Collaborate with support departments; 16\. Communicate key company performance indicators (KPIs) to the team and monitor them; 17\. Support cyclic and general inventory activities; 18\. Stay updated on new technologies in logistics management systems and equipment; 19\.
