




Temporary Store Operator Responsible for collecting payment for purchases and paying HTN card bills, as well as opening and closing the cash register, issuing proof of daily transactions (credit/debit cards, cash and PIX). Responsibilities and duties * Perform cash register opening and closing, issuing proof of daily cash, credit/debit card, PIX transactions and bill payments. * Verify the amount received at cash register opening for replenishment and change availability. * Serve customers and offer the best payment method. * Offer the HTN Card to customers who do not yet have this payment option. * Identify the customer through official identification (RG or CNH) for credit approval. * Register and update the customer's registration form, requesting necessary documents (RG, CPF and phone number) for analysis and approval according to current Credit Policy. * For customers who already have the HTN Card, offer PCJ services. * Collect payment for purchases in cash, verifying banknote authenticity; for HTN card payments, request identification. * Visually inspect the product (model, size, color, stitching, quantity of items purchased, etc.) to prevent future exchanges and complaints. * Always gift wrap when requested by the customer, following established internal rules. Responsible for handling cash and equipment, and restocking operational support items (meat cover, bags, rolls, gift paper, etc.). * Assist with various tasks within the unit, keeping the work area always clean and organized. * Support other store areas: inventory, visual merchandising and restocking (multifunctional role). Requirements and qualifications Previous experience in the role is desirable. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
