Food industry company \| Products for baking, confectionery, and food service We are seeking an organized, communicative, and proactive Sales Assistant to support our commercial team and contribute to serving customers in the food industry. This person will be responsible for assisting with commercial routines, customer service, order tracking, and supporting internal sales representatives. Key responsibilities: * Assist customers via telephone and WhatsApp; * Support the sales team in daily sales activities; * Track and support orders; * Register and update customer information; * Organize commercial information; * Provide after-sales support and maintain customer relationships; * Assist with administrative tasks in the commercial department. Customer profile served: * Restaurants; * Bakeries; * Confectioneries; * Hotels; * Ice cream parlors and açaí shops; * Cake shops and other food industry businesses. Requirements: * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Experience in customer service; * Basic computer and WhatsApp Web knowledge; * Agility and commitment; * Prior experience in commercial or administrative roles is a plus.
