Food industry company \| Products for baking, confectionery, and food service We are seeking an organized, communicative, and proactive Sales Assistant to support our sales team and contribute to serving customers in the food industry. This person will be responsible for assisting with commercial routines, customer service, order follow-up, and supporting internal sales representatives. Key responsibilities: * Assist customers via telephone and WhatsApp; * Support the sales team in daily sales activities; * Order tracking and support; * Customer registration and database updates; * Organization of commercial information; * Post-sales support and customer relationship management; * Administrative support for the sales department. Customer profiles served: * Restaurants; * Bakeries; * Confectioneries; * Hotels; * Ice cream parlors and açaí shops; * Cake shops and other food industry businesses. Requirements: * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Experience in customer service; * Basic computer and WhatsApp Web knowledge; * Agility and commitment; * Prior experience in sales or administrative roles is a plus.
