Food industry company \| Products for baking, confectionery, and food service We are looking for an organized, communicative, and proactive Sales Assistant to support our commercial team and contribute to customer service within the food industry. This person will be responsible for assisting with commercial routines, customer service, order tracking, and supporting internal sales representatives. Key responsibilities: * Assist customers via telephone and WhatsApp; * Support the commercial team in daily sales activities; * Track and support orders; * Register and update customer information; * Organize commercial information; * Provide post\-sales support and maintain customer relationships; * Assist with administrative tasks for the commercial department. Customer profile: * Restaurants; * Bakeries; * Confectioneries; * Hotels; * Ice cream parlors and açaí shops; * Pastry shops and other food industry businesses. Requirements: * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Proficiency in customer service; * Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp Web; * Agility and commitment; * Prior experience in commercial or administrative roles is a plus.
