Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business units, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and increasing the institution’s financial efficiency. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields; Advanced Excel proficiency; Prior experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Business Intelligence Analyst; Experience in the hospital or supplementary health sector is a plus; Experience creating and maintaining dashboards and management reports for business areas; Familiarity with regulated environments governed by ANS and knowledge of TISS/TUSS standards is desirable; **Proficiency in data analysis languages:** SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), or R; Knowledge of ETL, data modeling, and relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle); Familiarity with hospital ERP systems.
