Participation in strategic meetings with financial insights **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, business hours **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Service provider \- legal entity * Manage and supervise financial team activities, ensuring process efficiency. * Formulate and monitor budget planning, conduct variance analysis, and propose corrective actions. * Control cash flow, ensuring availability of financial resources for company operations. * Perform bank reconciliations and analyze accounts payable and receivable. * Prepare periodic financial reports for senior management, presenting results and performance indicators. * Develop and implement financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. * Coordinate preparation of financial statements and accounting reports, ensuring data accuracy. * Participate in strategic meetings, contributing financial insights to decision-making. * Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions and external auditors. * Promote team development, encouraging professional growth and continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance or Controllership is a plus. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools. * Experience in team management and leadership of financial projects. * Ability to prepare financial reports and executive presentations. * Knowledge of tax legislation and accounting principles. * Critical analytical skills and decision-making ability. * Intermediate English is a plus. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and strategic vision. * TOTUS system **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Internal benefits, Profit sharing, On-site meal
