Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, scheduling, and supervising all construction phases; managing teams; ensuring quality and safety; and maintaining communication with the Construction Manager. Quality and safety assurance for high-end residential construction projects. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code* Develop a detailed construction plan in collaboration with the Construction Manager; * Schedule all construction phases, from site preparation to project completion; * Supervise the team—including masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and others—by assigning tasks and monitoring each member's progress; * Ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities; * Guarantee availability of required materials to avoid delays in the construction schedule; * Supervise workmanship quality and material quality; * Implement and enforce workplace safety measures; * Make prompt and effective decisions to maintain construction progress and minimize negative impacts; * Maintain clear and effective communication with the Construction Manager, reporting on project status, potential delays, and key decisions; * Maintain detailed records of all activities, including progress reports, inspections, and documentation related to regulations and permits. **Requirements:** Academic Qualification: Completed High School Requirement: Prior experience with high-end residential construction projects. **Benefits:** No benefit specified
