Take ownership of your direction, your development, and your path. **What You’ll Do** Reporting to our Production Leader, you will support the execution of operational activities including loading, unloading, transportation, cleaning, labeling, and equipment operation, ensuring a safe and efficient production process. You will conduct inspections and minor repairs, flag maintenance needs, and record production data for order control and tracking. You will comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards, keeping your work area clean and organized. Additionally, you will identify deviations and improvement opportunities, reporting them to your supervisor to contribute to continuous process improvement. **Who We’re Looking For** We seek a responsible individual ready to take ownership of this role — someone full of energy, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn, grow, and collaborate with like-minded people.
