




**Description:** **Education:** High School Diploma Technical Education in Diesel Mechanics or Automotive Mechanics. **Required Experience:** Experience in the described activities. Perform routine inspections on fleet equipment and concrete batching plants to identify deviations and correct them to ensure equipment availability for production. Lubricate industrial equipment and fleet vehicles by checking oil levels and viscosity, in order to top up or replace oils and greases to prevent abnormal wear. Collect and send oil samples for analysis according to established guidelines, aiming to provide material for quality verification. Carry out preventive, corrective maintenance and minor assemblies on fleet equipment and concrete batching plant equipment at Engemix branch locations. Weld equipment and parts according to established procedures, aiming to keep them in normal operating condition. Conduct operational tests on equipment, verifying that the quality of work performed meets proper operating standards, checking component fixations, lubrication, abnormal noises, alignments, working pressures and other relevant items related to the nature of the work. Report any irregularities or doubts regarding equipment performance to the immediate supervisor. Provide final release to the operations team according to established standards. Repair general parts and equipment following drawings or instruction catalogs, maintenance operating procedure standards, to ensure accuracy of services performed. Diagnose faults using diagnostic scanners to maintain equipment in full working order. Review maintenance requests submitted by operations to verify the actual need for equipment maintenance; JOB DESCRIPTION Open and close Maintenance Orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System. Fill out maintenance reports, recording services performed, materials and parts used, to track maintenance hours and register necessary information in the Maintenance Management software. Identify the need to purchase and replace parts and equipment by contacting suppliers and service providers, arranging quotes and service calls to ensure minimum necessary stock to meet maintenance demands. Participate in driver and/or operator training sessions, instructing them on safety regulations and good equipment operation practices. Provide technical guidance to less experienced mechanics to support their development in carrying out their duties. Keep the workplace clean and organized, ensuring equipment and tools are in perfect working condition by cleaning them, arranging maintenance, and storing them properly. Ensure personal and third-party safety by observing existing signage, using personal protective equipment, and fully complying with internal rules and procedures as previously trained. Analyze failures in machines and equipment to identify root causes of defects and propose solutions. Interact with other departments to provide data and exchange technical information to support activity planning. Support internal and external audits related to maintenance, quality, environment and safety systems by providing necessary information to the audit team and correcting any non-conformities. Monitor maintenance services performed by contracted companies to ensure activities are carried out according to defined quality requirements and standards. Perform other activities related to the area of responsibility whenever requested by the immediate supervisor, aiming at professional development and career growth, under supervision and guidance.
