You will translate our People strategy into concrete daily actions, coordinating processes, teams, and metrics. **Your day-to-day will include:** **Planning and Strategy** * Develop the area’s annual strategy * Break down strategic objectives into an HR tactical roadmap with goals, timelines, and accountable persons * Monitor key metrics and propose data-driven adjustments * Anticipate people-related trends and risks **Process Management** * Coordinate and optimize Recruitment & Selection, Onboarding, Performance Management, Climate, Development, and Offboarding processes * Ensure operational fluidity, quality, and a positive experience across employee journeys * Standardize workflows and train leaders on HR best practices **Culture and Engagement** * Design and execute a cultural calendar with rituals, campaigns, and recognition programs * Promote initiatives that strengthen Simbiotic values and foster belonging and culture * Continuously measure and elevate team engagement **Team Leadership** * Strategically distribute tasks and foster team growth * Conduct team follow-up and development rituals (1:1s, retrospectives, feedback sessions) **Business Partnership** * Act as a Business Partner for departments, mapping needs and translating them into institutional solutions * Support managers facing people challenges (performance, conflicts, structuring) * Build trusting relationships with leadership **Governance and Metrics** * Maintain updated dashboards and generate executive reports with actionable insights * Monitor KPIs (turnover, eNPS, time-to-hire, climate, absenteeism) * Propose improvements based on trend analysis **Change Management** * Operationalize organizational transitions (new systems, work models, restructurings) * Create communication, training, and follow-up plans * Ensure sustainable adoption of changes **Budget Control** * Manage HR budget (recruitment, training, incentives, events) * Negotiate with suppliers and optimize costs * Report budget execution to the responsible directorate **Compliance** * Ensure adherence to internal policies and labor legislation * Interface with Legal and Finance departments on routine matters * Conduct impartial and ethical investigations of sensitive cases **Mandatory Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year as a generalist HR professional, with exposure to multiple HR processes * **Leadership:** Prior experience coordinating or leading teams * **Strategic Vision:** Ability to align HR with business objectives * **Data Orientation:** Skill in analyzing metrics and making evidence-based decisions * **Tools:** Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools (desirable) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in fast-growing or transforming companies (experience with technology companies preferred) * Knowledge of agile methodologies applied to HR * Hands-on experience with HR tools (ATS, LMS, survey platforms) **Additional Information** Hiring Type: PJ (individual contractor) Hybrid work for São Paulo region (1 day per week at the office, or as needed).
