Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing procurement processes, service contracting, inventory planning, sales campaigns, and supply chain process optimization. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of procurement and service processes 2. Strategic involvement in inventory planning and sales campaigns 3. Optimization of negotiations and performance metrics Initiate, coordinate, and close procurement processes for resale materials, raw materials, and internal-use supplies; initiate, coordinate, and close contracting processes for various service providers; collaborate with the Inventory Analyst on planning and monitoring replacement time, DIO, DPO, demand forecasts, ABC curve analysis, MOQ, Phase In / Phase Out; collaborate with the Commercial Directorate on sales campaign planning, as well as bundle actions, ensuring component availability for occasional and ad-hoc kits; collaborate with the Directorate on NPD Engineering; establish operations focused on VMI processes; mastery of negotiation techniques to secure optimal commercial and financial terms; schedule and organize unloading appointments; conduct detailed IQF follow-up, actively ensuring partner compliance with established standards; on-time lead time—from budgeting to receipt at distribution centers; support the Product Registration Department by providing complete information for registration of new SKUs immediately upon order finalization; prepare Performance Reports, Dashboards, and Key Performance Indicators.
