It offers services aimed at optimizing processes and increasing operational efficiency for its clients. **Responsibilities:** Provide customer service and support, ensuring clear and courteous communication. Schedule pickups with carriers. Issue shipping labels via Correios and forward tracking codes. Assist in product sorting and organization. Perform vehicle checklists, ensuring compliance with internal standards. Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist, Reception Assistant, Secretary, or Customer Service Representative may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. High school diploma required.
