Effective communication for customer service and collections Company Industry: Fuel Distribution / Petroleum Products Position: Administrative Assistant Employment Type: On-site – CLT Work Location: São José do Rio Preto – SP Main Responsibilities: * Accounts payable routines, including entries, file organization, and due date tracking; * Accounts receivable routines, including payment follow-up and outstanding item monitoring; * Proactive customer collections, tracking overdue payments and seeking resolution; * Administrative customer service via email and telephone, with professional and courteous conduct; * Organization and management of digital files, documents, and internal records; * Support for departmental administrative and financial routines, ensuring process efficiency and organization; * Regular use of computer systems (the company operates fully digitally, with no paper-based processes); * Support for internal company requests, as required by the administrative team.
