As our **Production Operator**, you will be based at our Orindiúva–SP factory and report directly to the Production Coordinator. This position will work directly in the production area to perform tasks related to machine operation, forklift operation, raw material unloading, raw material inventory control, raw material weighing, and raw material dilution.
**Responsibilities:*** Responsible for product quality, maintaining company standards and processes.
* Follow all GMPs, Safety and Environmental regulations, as well as company policies.
* Complete daily reports and checklists to identify issues and maximize productivity.
* Recognize adverse conditions and take immediate and appropriate corrective actions.
* Interpret and respond to instrumentation readings to control the process.
* Participate in regular team meetings, including effective communication of organizational and policy changes.
* Prepare materials for shipment through labeling, marking, banding, palletizing, and other methods.
* Perform cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Participate in EHS, quality, and productivity initiatives across the entire factory. Participate in EHS activities (e.g., accident investigations, hazard identification, etc.).
* Additional tasks as assigned. Operate the process safely and reliably.
* Ensure waste is properly categorized according to applicable hazardous/solid waste regulations and appropriately stored on-site, then disposed of at approved off-site disposal locations.
* Teamwork.
**Requirements:*** Industrial experience or technical training is preferred.
* Completed high school education or equivalent.
* Availability to work all shifts, including weekends.
* Hardworking individual with a positive attitude.
* Motivated individual aiming to achieve production targets and eager to learn.
