Job Summary: This position involves monitoring truck trackers, supporting the entry of information, issuing and organizing maintenance service orders, providing external customer service, and organizing vehicle documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Support in publishing media and travel-related information. 2. Issuance and organization of maintenance service orders. 3. Processing and organization of vehicle documentation. Monitor truck trackers. Support the entry of media and travel-related information into spreadsheets. Issue, deliver, and organize maintenance service orders (corrective and preventive). Perform external customer service activities (telephone, e\-mail, social media, and other communication channels) as needed. Process vehicle documentation (copying, filing, verification, organization), including checklists, travel routes, and other related documents. Populate spreadsheets according to instructions and collected data. Assist in preparing reports and other routine departmental tasks. Monitor and assist in loading and unloading packaged cargo when required. Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday) Compensation: R$2\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
