We seek a person who is **committed, proactive, careful, and willing to perform operational work**, to support production activities—especially in **sanding, product assembly, and sector organization**. Main Responsibilities: * Assist in general production routines * Perform **sanding of parts** * Support **product assembly** * Sorting and organizing materials and parts * Support in finishing and preparation of products * Packaging and organizing produced items * Organizing and cleaning the workplace * Supporting the production team with daily tasks * Adhering to quality standards and care throughout the production process Requirements: * Completed high school education * Commitment, responsibility, and punctuality * Attention to detail and diligence in performing tasks * Willingness to learn * Ability to work well in a team Advantages: * Prior experience in production, assembly, sanding, or finishing * Experience in carpentry, furniture manufacturing, or operational areas * Basic knowledge of tools and production routines Ideal Candidate Profile: * Proactive and hands-on individual * Careful, organized, and committed * Willing to perform operational tasks * Interested in learning and growing alongside the company Job Information: **Position:** Production Assistant **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Mode:** On-site **Location:** Vila Toninho – São José do Rio Preto/SP **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM **Salary:** To be discussed **Benefits:** Transportation allowance Job Type: Full-time CLT Payment: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
