Rapid and effective decision-making to advance the project **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT* Develop a detailed construction plan in collaboration with the Construction Manager; * Schedule all construction phases, from site preparation to project completion; * Supervise the team—including masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and others—by assigning tasks and monitoring each member's progress; * Ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities; * Guarantee availability of required materials to prevent delays in the construction schedule; * Supervise workmanship and material quality; * Implement and enforce workplace safety measures; * Make rapid and effective decisions to maintain project progress and minimize negative impacts; * Maintain clear and effective communication with the Construction Manager, reporting on project status, potential delays, and key decisions; * Maintain detailed records of all activities, including progress reports, inspections, and documentation related to regulations and permits. **Requirements:** Is a Postgraduate Degree Required?
