**Main Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate and monitor transportation operations. * Analyze performance indicators (costs, deadlines, route compliance, incidents). * Manage carriers and ensure compliance with contracts and safety regulations. * Propose continuous improvements in logistics and distribution processes. * Prepare reports and performance presentations for management. **Requirements** * Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering or related fields. * Experience in transportation or logistics management. * Knowledge of management tools (TMS, ERP, advanced Excel, Power BI). * Analytical profile, results-oriented and strong communication skills.
