If you want to make a difference, join our team as a Receptionist. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Requirements and Qualifications** Serve internal and external customers, identifying visitors and the matters to be addressed. Answer telephone calls, clarify inquiries, provide guidance, and route requests for resolution. Ensure reception areas and meeting rooms are clean and well-maintained. Request maintenance from the support team whenever necessary. Manage the flow of people and documents (mail or service providers), ensuring proper delivery. Screen and route telephone calls appropriately and efficiently to satisfy requesters. Sort and dispatch documentation and goods received at reception to respective departments. Assist with customer satisfaction surveys by distributing questionnaires for completion, helping us continuously improve service quality. Perform general administrative/commercial/fiscal support tasks, including recording supplier and service provider invoices; Monitor sales rotation and first-time customer visits, assigning them to the on-duty consultant at the business unit. Schedule meeting rooms efficiently and effectively to meet operational demands and needs.
