For five consecutive years, we have been certified as a Great Place to Work (GPTW), a recognition that confirms this truly is an outstanding place to work! **Responsibilities:** \- Issue service invoices in compliance with current legislation; \- Verify registration data, tax withholdings, and applicable taxes (ISS, INSS, IRRF, PIS, COFINS, CSLL); \- Manage invoice cancellations, substitutions, and corrections; \- Maintain updated client and service registries; \- Support the tax department in submitting information and fulfilling ancillary obligations; \- Organize and archive fiscal documents appropriately; \- Respond to internal requests and provide support to the finance department as needed. **Requirements:** \- Completed high school education (preferably pursuing or holding a degree in administrative, accounting, or related fields); \- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office; \- Prior experience issuing service invoices, applying tax withholdings, and knowledge of applicable legislation is desirable; \- Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
