Regional Sales Manager
A leading company in OOH/DOOH communication and media is expanding its operations and seeking a **Regional Sales Manager** to lead operations in **Curitiba and the metropolitan region**, strengthening brand presence, accelerating business, and developing strategic partnerships.
If you **come from a communication vehicle** (*radio, TV, agency, newspaper, OOH/DOOH media, or similar*) and have previously led commercial teams focused on results, this is your opportunity to lead an area with high growth potential.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead and develop the regional sales team
* Implement commercial strategy, targets, and expansion plans
* Prospect and consolidate relationships with advertisers, agencies, and partners
* Monitor commercial KPIs, sales pipeline, and team performance
* Ensure revenue predictability and sustainable growth
* Represent the brand at events, meetings, and strategic negotiations
**Mandatory Requirements** Proven experience in a communication vehicle (radio, TV, agency, newspaper, OOH/DOOH, or equivalent)
* Solid experience in **B2B sales** and **commercial management**
* Team leadership and talent development
* Strong market presence and active networking in Curitiba and surrounding areas
* Negotiation skills, planning ability, and KPI management capability
* Availability for **in-person work in Curitiba/PR**
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Active client portfolio in the Paraná advertising market
* Track record of consistent growth and target overachievement
* Experience with out-of-home media / DOOH
